Agree or disagree, that is your prerogative. But that is not the point. The point was the reasons why the committee said he got it. They don't operate with hidden agendas. They have always been very clear about their reasons. So lets not make things up for why they gave it to him.

Fine, but that's not the pursuit of truth, and therefore the pursuit of justice or any other moral or humanistic endeavor is muddled, and this is where the Left has lost it's way, and this is part of why sometimes the Right (and what's left of a sliver of honesty on the Left) actually champions classical liberal principles.
