  • For every person that depends on a variety of factors such as fitness level before pregnancy, and current risk factors in your pregnancy, etc. The best person to ask about starting a workout program is your OBGYN. You can also google "ACOG exercise during pregnancy," for their exercise guidelines. Hope this helps!

  • I just did this whole workout today for the first time and I must say it is really great. I had fun and felt my body getting a good workout at the same time. I will continue until I have the baby! This is very motivating!
