There's another song in this account Cantemos a la Luna: ?! she sings in both Spanish and English.
I think this is the same person who has ballet films under the account BalletEspressivo.
I agree with ReadSilentSpring: sounds like music from a classic movie :)

Aha! Found it!
All the songs from her CD are on her site (that I found under "more info" top right), but so far only 2 concert photo albums in her YouTube.
There's something hauntingly familiar about this song "Stranger" but it's an original song.
Reminds me of a film noir movie :)
