For that big empty space in the living room, I feel like there should be a rug there. If you can't find anything to put there that looks good then a rug could fit nicely. As for you being concerned that people might not watch videos this long and feel the need to make a sped up video, use the HTML5 player for your videos and people will have the option to play the video at the speed they choose so they could watch it sped up. Reduces the work you'd need to do and takes that concern away entirely

loved this little series, especially as the best part of any sims game is building your house.

I'm thinking you should make Jim Pickens torture house, or just a house for him with some sort of room to store his victims, but more indepth than what you did with the shed in the play through. Either that or make a Town House like you would find in London.
