Being on D-day and your boat blows up and your force towards shore while German MG's are shooting at you, Or get Ambush by Jap's In Iwo jima and there bull rushing you with bayonts at fast speeds...

@randomocityvideos ...you think pc isnt good.. you should check out the alienware PC's they are better than any xbox 360 and ps3 because... #1. they can be upgraded! #2 you can use xbox and/or ps3 controllers to play!!, PC games are cheaper, they have a higher life span.. the graphic cards are superb, intel core duo 2, memory, hard drive, water cooling system, etc etc they are all good stuff that Xbox or PS3 dont have ! So PC IS GOOD!

use rifleman...they can shoot further and more accurate, the only reason I would use Infantry sometimes is because they can repair things which comes in handy.

@Troop3r666 actually in bf2 you can get some of these scenes and its amazing example: a tank and an apc with some infantry soldiers approaching an enemy base while they fire back at us, then a friendly jet drops some bombs on them while the tank and apc shoots some of them and some is screaming on a medic and its just.....

Man hearing this theme just took me back in time 7 years, Battlefield 1942 is what converted me to pc gaming there was just nothing like it at the time on consoles imo, (64/128 player matches, vehicles, awesome graphics for the time), it just felt like you were in saving private ryan.

I just picked this up on 360 and will probably buy it again on PC in September (I'm primarily pc gamer, but i just had to get this now lol).

Still an awesome game, ALL gamers regardless of "system" should enjoy!

ATI Radeon 3850. can't remember if its the 512 or the 1gb version but there was something about it. slightly OC'd. not saying it wouldn't run this game at all but at that level. plus older ATI cards have a LOT of trouble with anti-aliasing.
