Hi, it depends on who you grade with. I'm pretty sure that the Kukkiwon states that Pal Jang is for 1st Dan although many organisations choose to test Pal jang for Black tag and Koreo for 1st Dan. Confusing Eh!!

@punkassbitch49 uhm...hes kinda IN korea and the masters there know the kukkiwon way. watch any professional demonstration team or the korean tigers OR the kukkiwon taekwondo team. it looks like that.

@yongintkd03 yea i dont no cuse i have my own team and i dont need to no who the masters r in the team thier probly all masters. and all i no is that the 2 guys from k tigers that trained me where master terry and cris. dude my grand master is an olympic coach. this is not the speed koryo is dont. not that part. and typ k tigers koryo. thay dont go up that fast. dude thiers no such thing as the korean way to do it. koryo is koryo. only 1 correct koryo in the world.
@punkassbitch49 Koryo comes from Korea... So other dojangs who want to compete internationally have to do it to Kukkiwon's standards, in other words, Korea's standards.

힘은 좋으나 팔힘에서만 나오는 힘이 보입니다. 발차기가 힘이 있지만, 손발일치, 허리사용이 제대로 안되는거 같습니다. 저도 품새를 참 좋아하는 사람입니다. 고친다면 더 좋은 품새를 보일 수 있는 선수가 될 수 있을 것 같습니다.
