  • Ito maganda handa sa New Year kasi bilog bilog ang hugis pag nahiwa.

  • kainin mo na lang wag ka nang umarte, most filipino eat by their hands and its a tradition. kung ayaw mong kinakamay ang kinakain mo pumunta ka sa ibang planeta!

  • hahahaha... have you all seen jamie oliver cooks? he uses his bare hands all the time... at sa lahat ng cooking show na napanuod ko... so far... they use bare hands also. like with masterchef US none of them uses gloves... pag nasa kitchen ka a big no no ang nail polish and long nails pag nagluto ka... yun ang nakaka contaminate, and frequently wash your hands every after doing a procedure. at isa pa, hindi sa lahat ng hotel gumagamit ng gloves pag nagluto...

hahaha based on my own exp...

  • It looks delicious, thanks for sharing this fabulous recipe.

  • Kuya, puede ba ito sa slow cooker? I saw another recipe na may dagdag na tomato sauce. I think I like your recipe best. Thanks.

IS THE MIRRROR OF WHAT YOUR ARE

  • @libertylagrana u haven't watch pa cguro cooking tv show.. most of the real CHEF use their bare hands... u should tell them also... hahahahaha

  • :o .. OM NOM NOM .. :D

  • @yami3007 Filipino language- Tagalog = )

  • bakit poh walang sauce ung morcon nyo which is usually parang tomato sauce?

  • laki naman problema ng iba jan... even in other country they used their bare hands in mixing food... mag globes ka kung gusto mo... with regards the ingredients visit nyo na lang yung site nandon lahat ang kumpletong ingredients.

Keep it up PANLASANG PINOY. Though marunong akong magluto since i was a kid, still i am trying to explore and learn more.

  • @chey1114 tama ka.. di yan sila nanonood ng cooking tv shows kaya di nakapagtataka na gnyan ang reaction nila towards this vid.. tsk!! react ng react la nman alam about it.. most of the chefs uses there bare hands excpt lng kung kailangan tlga nila mg.gloves.. they should be thankful ksi meh ngdemonstrate how to cook morcon.. hmp!

  • Kuya, same question as presented earlier. Thanks.

  • anu pong part ng BEEF yan ? please reply asap . PWDE po ba i alternate ung STIRLOIN ? or kung pwde po ba ung PORKMEAT ? please REPLY po . thanks

  • yong morcon mo parang may sauce siya anog sauce ba ginamit mo

  • bkit me flour pa?..me beef broth p!

  • What language is this guy speaking? I hear some English, but the rest is gibberish.

  • @TempusFuckit Tagalog :3 language of the Philippines. They learn Tagalog, English, and Spanish! I'm American, I barely understand, but I have lots of Filipino friends. They are all beautiful and talented :D

  • @Zayashuku Salamat po.

  • @TheFelisagabay You're welcome ^^

  • @TempusFuckit thats TAGALOG a dialect in the northern part of our country PHILIPPINES its not gibberish :)

  • Comment removed

  • @TempusFuckit gibberish your face! maybe you're just too slow to comprehend & that its really disappointing that you cant understand what he's saying when other people even non-filipinos can actually follow what he's been doing in the video & they find it very helpful. its a matter of intelligence quotient man! too bad you're not born with loads of it.. tsk..

  • @vandwidth Take a fucking valium dumbass

  • @TempusFuckit thanks! coming from you its a compliment! at least you're beginning to really think now! your parents must have been so proud of you! youve already levelled up to 6th grade intelligence! lol!!

  • @vandwidth The description is in English and he uses a lot of English words. Didn't know if it was just a really strong accent from somewhere. I presume Tagalog uses a lot of borrowed words from English, like many other languages do.

yOu hAve a niCe vOice kuYa .. (bedrOom vOice) hehe ..

  • he can use his bare hands in marinating as long as his hands are clean. but if the meat is cooked na and ready to serve, he should use disposable gloves to prevent contamination.

  • @pikriskachutoy hehehe and to think the best way to eat it is using ur bare hands ^^ (pinoy way)

  • pwede ren after na ma-brown na ung rolled morcon sa mantika, pwede ren cya i-oven sa cast iron pan with the sauce na sinabi nya(instead of simmering)... mga 350 degrees in an hour turning it occasionally or every half our.....pwede ren lagyan worcestershire sauce ung marinate and optional den na gamitin sa fillings ung sliced na taba ng baboy at spanish chorizo instead of hotdog......enjoy cooking guys...

  • Hi Mr. Vanjo..thank you so much for sharing all your recipes to us, because of you i learnt how to cook some of pinoy dishes that i never tried to cook eversince, like this one"morcon"..masarap daw din po ako magluto kya lang paulit-ulit lang mga dishes ko :-), glad i found your channel and been following you and getting ideas for a year now, all of my foreign friends really love it, as in all of them! ngiisang pinoy lang po kasi ako here sa review center ko here in london and they truly love it

  • nicely done, very easy to follow procedures. now im planning on making one!

  • I just can not grasp the notion of eating a hot dog rolled up in a fantastic cut of meat like that.. Interesting dish though.

  • @crazyazcordova To question food culture is unbelievably absurd, really. You can never really understand it until you study its history or open up to it. In Brazil, women prepare a beverage by chewing on the a root crop, and then spitting it in a pot before cooking. It may seem disgusting, but that's their culture. We have the choice to try it or not, but we should never question it. You are right, it is a very interesting dish that explains a tidbit of the history and culture of the Phils.

  • uhmmm... comment ko para kay jollyandnichole: i think its not possible to use toothpick on this, pang ngipin yun eh, tsaka kapag na simmer ang beef, mag swell out siya, so tanggal ang toothpick mo!.. itali mo talaga siya!. di ko lang maintindihan kay kuya bakit kailangan na dalawang beses i-prito?... baka pwede i-oven siya ??

  • anu sabi nya beef stulk? or stuck? saan ba yan mabili? pwedi ba beef cube nalang?

  • @ginagud it's beef stock.

  • mas maganda ung lumot or ung balat galing sa baga..kaysa toothpick...jajajaja

  • rib eye is different from beef eye of round, more expensinve ang rib eye and much tender than beef eye of round
