well he's not that much of a dumbass... I got pulled over with a friend of mine a few years back in NJ, we told the cop that we were smoking pot. I was with 3 ppl under 21 but over 18 and me and a buddy got them alcohol as well and we told the cops that 2. Because we were HONEST with the cops they actually let us go with 0 charges! I'm black and it was a white cop! He said because we were straight forward with him and didn't play him for a fool he let us go!
Well if he can blatantly smell weed then the officer will think "hey he's an honest guy!" if he's dealing and he can smell his batch then it would be a clever thing to say he was smoking it. He may have even deliberately made the car smell like weed to throw the police off thinking he deals harder drugs.

When you smoke something (or put something under the tongue) it gets in the blood stream a lot faster, doesn't get filtered properly through the stomach (and so it's stronger) and it reaches the brain before the rest of the body, so the brain gets most of the effect.

@BayviewFinch It DOES make sense. When the stomach digests anything it gets into the blood stream a lot slower and when it does it goes through the rest of the body before it goes through the brain. When you smoke something (or put something under the tongue) it gets in the blood stream a lot faster, doesn't get filtered properly through the stomach (and so it's stronger) and it reaches the brain before the rest of the body, so the brain gets most of the effect.

@BayviewFinch A physical high just means the alteration on your physical sensations while under the influence is greater, it's more noticable. Where as a more psychological high means that whatever you usually think about when you're high, you'll probably think about more often or more deeply, you're more likely to zone out, etc.

u do not stay stoned off weed for 4-6 hours. Not unless u ate a firecracker or something. But anyway, u can call the guy stupid but hes right i only stay stoned for about 30 minutes after i blaze. Even then i could drive much better stoned then drunk.

Considering how high I've been I wouldn't drive a car though, sometimes weed kicks in a little late, either that or I'm not a very good judge on how high I am.

I live in MD and here if you tell em you smoke or you have smoked they will tell you to stop doing it and write you up for something simple like a seatbelt ticket. If you tell them the truth the punishment will not be anywhere near as harsh as if you lie.
