  • @KawaiiAznPanda7 Cassey has cardios videos as well as pilates videos so with her you can lose weight and tone up :D Look for her pop cardio videos, or her HIIT workouts.. you'll be out of breath after a couple of minutes

  • hi! i love your videos but ive a problem, when doing the abs targeted moves that require lying on the floor, my lower back aches quite abit. i fell really bad on my butt when i was young and have been experiencing back problems on and off since them. are the moves triggering my back aches?

  • @sister83 Sounds like you might need a slower, more therapeutic routine, in my opinion. My back aches as well during those moves, because my core muscles are weak. Of course, if you have pain there you might be even less inclined to build a strong core (which should help take the tension off your lower back.) Have you been through physiotherapy?

  • @aspengroen about 50 calories in each 10 min video. pilates is for toning and leaning out ur muscles. if ur looking to lose weight i would suggest running which burns 130 calories every 10 minutes.

    became much thinner. And doing your ( all workouts), makes so much fun because you are so positive person :)) and you cheer on very well!!! :) and of course the music in the background is also amazing :))) you are my favourite trainer! :)

  • First time I did your workout you were so happy & cheerful I wanted to hurt someone cause I was dying (& I'm in good shape). I slowly got stronger & I think its really helped me with all of my back problems. Gonna continue to strengthen with your videos to train for the Bataan Memorial Death March this year.   • soo first off just wanted to say thanks so much for these! i've just gone running because i've never like pilates or yoga but these videos i REALLY like! :) but i have a question! so i did the muffin top vid and then the calf and inner thighs vid and now i'm doing this one! is it bad to jump around and do different videos the same day? should i only do one video a day mixed in with cardio?! i have no idea :P haha thanks again :)

    I've been doing the same thing since i started these videos to, not sure if its the correct way but i for sure feel like my whole body is toned up by the time i'm done with them

For my very first time ever and being that I am a senior also, I'm very flexiable guess it comes from being so active and riding my horses when I was younger. I really have a goodtime I LOVE IT!! Trying to get back into shape after losing My Beloved Husband of 34 years!! I will be watching you and doing pilates with you:)

  • @blogilates I regularly do a workout of burpees if I don't have much time. I'm pretty much convinced they're the perfect body weight exercise.

  • OMG I want a slim body so bad! i want to do a fun but tought workout and avoid the gym,. I think this tones and sculpts and i will burn fat by doing my wi step at home and dieting. so I will try this tho it looks hard. I used to be flexibe...will see if i still am.

  • Love it! It's unique and doesnt get boring. I couldn't do the dvds cause i have a small room but these are perfect! Thank you :)! I do atleast 1 a day but mainly 2/3 and imhurting all over! But Its a good sign!

  • Yeah...despite the fact that my back and arms are very flexible, my legs are the stiffest things ever:/ I just barely learned to touch my toes while standing without bending knees but I can't spread my legs as far as you do in this video, nor can I hold any of these positions without shaking (or I can't get into them at all) :/ Should I just try and gradually improve...or do I need a beginner's workout?

  • @SoAmuseUs Try doing my stretching video. There are some really good leg stretches in there. Go farther and farther each day. You will be able to gain flexibility if you push yourself a little further each time.

  • "Hold it as long as you can" ...errr 4 seconds for me ;) Lots of practice for me then!

  • @haylstorm13 With proper diet, some cardio, and doing these 10 min workouts everyday, you'll see a diff in a week.

  • @darkxgrlxdevil I feel that the order doesnt matter. You can always switch it up if you get bored with the sequence, which I usually do. :D
