@OrzelBialy007 According to 'Dagome Iudex',dated 991,an existing document of papal library at Vatican, Szczecin was Polands' capital up until first years of Mieszki Ist. Civitas Schinesghe, as referred to therein a term of the whole Duchy, now Poland. Until then, Poland's western frontier was 'Limes Sorabicus'reaching out to Hamburg and Atlantic Ocean & meeting Danish frontier. Polish Piast dynasty ruled Szczecin until 17c, when in 1637 prince Boguslaw 14th deceased heirlessly.

It's wrong to airbrush away the German history of this German city. The old buildings that can be seen here are German. The Oder-Neisse Line is a war crime from the Stalin era and should not be celebrated. Stettin is on the west bank of the Oder and was given to Poland instead of Königsberg. The expulsion of Germans from this most German city was a war crime by communists and the Yalta war criminals.

beznadziejny ten film. Nie zachęcilby mnie do odwiedzin a Szczecin to najpiękniejsze polskie miasto! Architektura, infrastruktura i niesamowita zieleń dają ciekawy klimat. Trochę życia tylko brakuje ale to akurat w takim wyjątkowym mieście na pewno niebawem samo się pojawi.

Thank you for creating this beautiful video. My mother was born in a small town near here (when it still had the German name of Stettin) and she spoke often of the fondness for this city. Her family eventually moved to Rostock but she would come back to visit a few times before WWII broke out.

Aww I wrote in Polish, then I checked you are from Romania! :D If you need any guide, do not hesitate to ask me ;) You should definatelly make second part with Szmaragdowe Lake(+bunkers+beautiful view on Szczecin) and Głębokie Lake with surroundings.

IMHO this is one of the better videos of Szczecin on Youtube.

I love this city and miss it so much.

I saw the dates at the end and I was there this August!

I have been to every single spot that you have filmed at. Brings back good memories. thank you!

If I could make a sugestion, I think that you should include some wideshots at the end of each segment showing the surroundings. This will give a clue to the buildings scale.
