Don't blow or do any of the roadside sobriety test or say anything. Just plead inocence the whole time and say nothing else. If you do the judge will put it in your ass. He has too because of the MADD cunts that have managed to lobby away our rights. @CComb501 PS: This still will not guarantee that you will not be convicted of DUI in criminal court. Yhe DMV will still probably suspend your license because you didn't follow the unconstituional implied consent bullshit when you refuse to incriminate yourself.
I recently got reckless driving, DUI, and leaving the scene of an accident. They arrested me at my house after the incident happened. So, I should be able to beat it, right? On the other hand, they reported me telling them that I "had a few drinks at the bar before."
My defense is going to be I went to my friends house and had some drinks after I crashed my car. Because the police called me on my cell phone and told me to meet me at my house where the car was, with a broken windsheld.Thank you!
