  • that was very useful thank you. has anybody seen this new grinding bot on warcraftbotsYinfo (replace Y with .) ? it's pretty cool, i have got a level 80 hunter, mage and druid with pretty much full pvp gear thanks to it!

  • Gotta respectfully disagree. I guess it's all in the ear of the beholder.

  • again....too effing slow...why is bruce doing this to all his older songs, even half the stuff from BTR is sluggish, sucks cause they are played so well...

  • max completely butchered the drums to this song. its sooo slow! this is a song that vini lopez used to go completely crazy on too.

  • max completely butchered this on drums to me. he went so slow. and this is a song that vini lopez used to go crazy on! its supposed to be fast.

  • love it, thanks so much for sharing

  • personally, that concert being my first bruce concert, i thought that it was a great way to open the show, and the song is now one of my favorites from him! he really put a great end to the spectrum

  • It really was. It's a shame that greed took over and Bruce and the Band weren't the final band to play there.

  • when this leg was added this was originally that last show in Philly. It was pretty damm good setlist wise BUT the 10/20 last night show was even more powerful and awesome. The BOSS closed it down in style!

  • I know. I bought tickets thinking it was the last Bruce show in Philly and then they added shows. I wish I could have been at the last. Unfortunately, I live in Queens, NY and it's a heck of a haul getting down there.

  • There are some awesome vids posted by Magicrat of that show too. Check them out. I remember Bruce and Clarence leaving the stage in a hug and getting to the bottom of the ramp and longering for a minute or so - the only thing that kept them form another encore was that the roadies were already hard at work breaking down the stage.

  • @tmonico0714 Amen. I was at both shows and really had a good time at this show. But the last night was a just a bit better. Maybe because of the finnality.. if that's a word. I found myself wondering arround the Spectrum from the last row behind the stage where I smoked a doobe with some cool strangers and then sneaking down to the side of the stage for Glory Days before getting booted. But this show was awesome as well. Any show with Thundecrack..well enough said!

  • 1200Media - I won't knock Philly, obviously it has a lot of history with the Boss but I wouldn't knock his NY fan base either. I was at the Garden show where he opened with this and the crowd definitely knew it - he only introduced it because he was the playing the Wild & the Innocent in full that night and it was relevant that this was an outtake on that album. That being said, no matter where your from we all love the Boss!

  • @dmac752 I totaly agree with you. I didn't mean to suggest that Philly was the most special place in the world to see the Boss. But there is a lot of history between Philly and the Boss and for me it was special as it always is.

  • fuck wish i could have been there :(

    i love his rare stuff

  • Ok. It's simple I have seen Bruce 5 times in my life and they were all in Philadelphia and they are by far the best shows. He always puts aside the great rare songs (Thundercrack, Seaside Bar Song, The Price You Pay, Loose Ends, etc.) The reason is because without Philadelphia there would be no Bruce Springsteen. Radio hosts here really started him off and then everyone started listening to him and that's how the Boss was born. He is by far the BEST in Philadelphia.

  • You know allot of fans do not know it or just simply chooses to ignore it...it was Philly that gave him the most air time, not northern NJ or NY.

We were there so we know what is fact and what is fiction...so does old Brucee boy!

  • being at this exact show was probably the greatest experience of my life.

  • It was really incredible!

  • i always heard Jersey is the place to see Bruce. that's bullshit....it's obviously Philly

  • It's so true. Little Steven claims the most raucous crowd is in Charlotte, N.C. which is hard to believe.

  • No offence intended, but who cares what Steve has to say...its Bruce that counts and Steve was not there during the early years Bruce spent in Philly

  • Thank You Very Much....Ive been to down the entire east coast from Florida,MD,Pitts PA,MA,CN,NJ, NY, CA,West Virginia,Virgina,TX,CO,MO and Philly fans are the greatest!

  • It's funny. My experience is the exact same thing. I've been to 77 concerts myself and you can't beat Philly's enthusiasm. But Steve Van Zandt insists that Charlotte has the craziest fans. Who knew?

  • Can't go wrong seeing Bruce anywhere, but Philly is THE PLACE to get his best. Bruce was born in Philly, so to speak. Some of the old club shows here are simply legendary. The crowd there is especially knowledgeable and he knows it.

Take this video for example... comes out, plays it, the whole plays knows the songs, knows to twirl, etc. No prompts. Then watch the Madison Sq Garden version, where he again plays this, only he feels the need to introduce it and let the crowd know its rare, etc..

  • hahahhaha get over yourself dont ever say he was born in philly. he was born in new jersey, as a matter a fact same town im from. and ive seen bruce in philly and all over the east coast and the best place to see him is in his back yard..ie the meadowlands or the izod baby

  • @pgaquigz Whatever... show your ignorance.

Bruce was launched in the clubs of Philly and on Philly radio, not NY. That is simple fact.

  • I cant't believe he played this... I was there its only been my second concert ever so glad they were both with Bruce... still trying to play it on guitar... Its my favorite

  • Wish I had your gift.

  • Oh agony to have missed this.

  • LOL...I hear ya. I missed night one at the Spectrum and Seaside Bar. I feel your pain.

  • He'll be back!

  • Just from my experience (74 shows), he usually, takes the stage no earlier than 8:15

  • what time did he take stage? 8 like always?

  • He always takes the stage between 8:15 and 8:30

  • too cool! thanks i'd been looking for this one!

  • My pleasure. I'm so glad you enjoyed it.

  • The horns make this song

  • No question. Bruce knows how to make it special when it counts

  • not just the horns that guitar solo too

  • BRING ME DOWN TO HER LIGHTNING SHACK!

  • THUNDERCRACK

    BABYS BACK!!!!!

  • Just a great party Bruce song!

  • Terrific start!!! O.o

  • The perfect storm!

  • It was my pleasure. Really do feel lucky about it.

  • You guys really got a special treat that night.... thanks for sharing!!!!

  • I really wanted to hear Seaside Bar. I thought for sure he'd play it at least once at Giants Stadium. That's why he's the Boss. Totally unpredictable.

  • Man, Thundercrack, Ramrod, SEASIDE BAR SONG! Bruce saved some good ones for Philly!

  • No argument here. Have fun...as if...LOL

  • goin the 20th.... PHILADELPHIA IS ALWAYS THE BEST CROWD
