Do you now if there are any products to remove the factory bluing off a slide? LIke, chemically strip the bluing, so I am down to the bare metal WITHOUT sanding?
@em613 i looked it up and ehow said naval jelly would work and you can get it at hardware stores. I havent tried it yet but you might want to check it out.
@MedicBikers2007 I know, I should have done that in the first place, I think I am going to go ahead and reblue my keltec and tape it, then I can repolish it and tape that too, good suggestion! Thanks for watching.
@KentuckyRebels You can do a touch up, you don't have to strip it down, but the best results would occur if you bring it down to bare metal. The process is a chemical reaction with the metal, so that's why bare metal works the best.
Great looking job but I say buy a Glock. I had the 11 for 2 years as my carry piece but I could not get use to the trigger. Nor did I like the fact that shooting it would cut out chunks of skin between my thumb and index.
Great video. Gun looks good to. The Spanish guy at the beginning of the video should have done here whole narration. I still give this video three thumbs up (I'm a carnie).

No, I did not sand the rails, my action is already smooth.

Did you sand down the rails? After sanding the rails, my pf9 has much better action when pulling the slide back.

Do you need to strip it down to the metal or can you do a touch up?. Blue in areas that need it? Thanks for the video
