This song (and the whole film) is number 1 on my melancholy memory top 10. 「夕暮れの空は赤く、皆の視線冷たく」 just makes me cry. Salyu was soooo young, look at her.... She had this ethereal quality about her that really made her enigmatic. I remember singing this at Karaoke when the terrible news came through that the first airliner had hit the World Trade Center. Presuming me to be from the US, the bar staff rushed in and pulled me over to the TV... This song always evokes a terrible sadness in me.

field scenerio and at that moment you feel 'at peace'. :)
