in another part of the panel you see erica and justin pointing in that same area and laughing and when justin shows it to tom you see him almost laughing too so i think it is the same thing....but to answer your question....in the beginning when erica walks in some fan holds up a sign and it is in that same area that they are looking at so my guess is that that sign says something funny on it and yea i want to know what it says too haha!
