Shaq doesn't need a shooting form, he's a physical monster, if you look at the NBA a high majority of "bad basketballers" are great because of their physical abilities and size, take Yoa Ming for example, awful basketballer, easy for him though because he is huge. Also if you youtube people that are 5, 6" for example, they are great players, brilliant technique, but they were doomed to get to the NBA from the moment their parents conceived.
