the idea is great !! but they definitely need a better scooter suitable for this task.. Imagine trying to do that at a dark or a poorly lit area ? you can get mugged or robbed of your scooter for the time you're tying to piece that thing together ? I think an old school honda motocompo is best suited for that task !! and it's just 2 pieces (the scooter and the handle bar cover).
