If the TV became an issue during a game, and "Mr.-Jesus-Christ-who-walks-on water" objected, Goodell could make the Cowboys forfeit the rest of their home games if it was not removed since no one person in the NFL is bigger than the game. I live in Michigan but have always been a cowboys fan since I was a kid. The stadium looks great. Love the JUMBO TRON and it was a good first game even though we lost in the final seconds.

if its higher than nfl regulations than who cares. its called home field advantage. as long as the cowboys kicker can learn to avoid it then good for them. its not like its fifty yards wide and impossible to miss. just dont punt straight down the middle of the field. how about a directional kick towards the sidelines

How can you say its 5 feet above regulation? No other team has one of these so how do we know what regulation would be? An if a punter can kick the ball high enough to hit it, weather trying to or not, what was considered regulation at one time will no longer.

Don't know why Jones and the Cowboy executive staff are reluctant, It's not like the screen mounting is hardwired to the stadium, it hangs on cable.

8-22-09: apparently not;-) Punters hit jumbotron during warmups and once during game on 8/21/09. Jones says he won't adjust anything and has stated that a normal NFL punt will not hit it. How did you arrive at that conclusion, Jerry? Did you punt during construction? Clearly no NFL punters were brought in. Design gaffe, plain and simple. Adjustments will have to be made.

haha yeah actually footballs can go just as high or higher then soccer balls due to the fact that the ball spins in a spiral when they put it up it gets the aero-dynamics to shoot up higher as apposed to a round ball
