Peach is the best bet for Mimi fights, she and Thoruea(sp) are a great thing for her. Peach can block all attacks and Thoreua can toss rubees to damage

I used Peach and used Thoreau to throw back the Rubees. Plus, her parasol is very useful. It makes doing the Pit of 100 Trials much easier and doable.
