I pray that one day soon there will be a cure for this. I had the pleasure of meeting a two year old who was in the process of being diagnosed with sever Rett syndrome. she latched onto my finger and held it for 15 minutes...a miracle in the eyes of her caregivers and parents. It's such a small miracle that will stay with me forever. Bless you and your beautiful daughter Sydney.
