What I understood from internet is there were plenty of facilities which Gaddhafi has provided for his people from electricity bill to buying a car. Now, you will not realize the value of eye until you lose it. I don’t debate he was a kind of bad person but believe me Democracy means lots of people eating the public asset and poor always stay poor. Monarchy means king and his relatives eat and do something for the people like Gaddafi did in Libiya.
