For some reason there are arrows and glowing locations on the world map even though I completed the game. What does this mean?

@synchronizerman Did you watch the cutscene where Chip first sees that ice cream in Apotos? The same thing happened to me. Glowing pillars over Holoska, Spagonia, Shamar, and Eggmanland.

I noticed it after playing Eggmanland again after having S ranked it and completed the hot dog missions. Strangely was able to beat it without dying and with 100,000 higher score than my last try, on my first try lol.
