Don't confuse affirmative action with tolerance of ignorance. The rest of the planet doesn't see it that way. We do not understand you, wish to employ you or be around you when you act like that. Seriously evolve already... It looks like a mind isn't a terrible thing to waste after all..
Ah, the dreaded 'Pending Approval' rears its ugly head again....what a GENUINE surprise! Courage of one's convictions? Well, in YT, you've come to the right place, where this sort of thing is protected, to the detriment of free speech (ha ha!...sorry, I'm deluding myself, now!) I've just listened to this again, and it set my teeth on edge!

I speak standard American English. As well. I dont lower my education level by speaking jibberish on purpose. I had college literary skills by 3rd grade. So they want to train other people to talk like these ladies on purpose? So that way their kids will run around and speak jibberish.. why not just teach an African language instead.
I speak standard American English. I was trained in high school and college to speak in a style of English that would allow me to enter most any profession in America or the world. I chose this path. Which dialect will give your child the most power and possibility? I ask you that...
@HighPerformance7uner It's not "proper" US English grammar, that's the whole point of the video. It's just "standard" or "nonstandard". Just because your spoken dialect is different from the literary language, doesn't mean your spoken dialect is "wrong", "uneducated" or "bad grammar". AAVE is as complex as Standard English.
@nigelholland3 dont for get that we didnt learn english. its u english people that came in america and forgot the true way. now its a different dialect
@scorpio1116org That is not true. I know plenty of Puerto Ricans and Mexicans that was born here and can't speak English. Also I know there are plenty of whites that speak ebonics especially in the south. You really need to do your research before speaking because I know a few white people who as well cannot speak English clearly.
@nigelholland3 do you have a problem with the way i speak english? sorry but thats how we speak in my community. thats how me and my people relate to one another.... I am very offended
The women with the shaved head is right that English was just picked up off the street, but in modern times it is not illegal for African Americans to learn proper English, so that doesn't justify its continual use amongst the community.
The ladies in this video spoke poorly. That is all.

Just because a minority can't speak with proper U.S english grammar doesn't mean they are uncivilised. that's a very broad statement!

@brownxtravis If it doesn't make any sense to you, that means you lack the knowledge to do so; and you have yet to educate yourself.

@baroh2413 "black" isn't an ethnic group, its a race. Nigerian would be considered an ethnic group.
