I Read Phil was mutch in to Elvis and Jimi Hendrix and Stevie wonder and It's just awesome he made 2 Covers Of Stevie Wonders Best album but None Payed atention, I really think they smashed up the Rock in funk songs Jesus Children Of America and This one I Love Everything About You
Brillant song! Love the chord structure and Gary's soloing is spot on. Although it was a cover (and a fantastic one at that) shame it was never put on Nightlife or Fighting.
It is! I did not know of this cover. Thanks, Ryan! WOW!!! Really impressed Lynott chose to cover the brilliant Mr. Steveland Wonder! R.I.P. dear Phil.
This is the single greatest audio only youtube video. Thin Lizzy rules and Gary Moore rules. I think that both Gary and Phil produced some of thier best material when they worked together. Especially when they played together live.
Blacksabfan, You're the man!! I thought I was one of Lizzy's greatest fans. I lived for Thin Lizzy from the late 70s until the end and thought I owned everything they produced. How wrong I was (am). What's your source of all this? Absolutely fantastic. I'm in awe!!
This one track explains A LOT, I think, about one little-examined, under-appreciated, and indispensable element of Lizzy: The soul/R&B touches that adorned a lot of their best work -- "Still in Love with You," "Fight or Fall," "It's Only Money," some tracks from "Bad Repuation."
cool :-)

Absolutely fantastic, total brilliance from the lads. As covers go, this is one of the VERY best.

It's a bootleg from a show done in Bristol in April of 74. I think it's known as "Gary's Jig". I think I saw it recently circulating at Guitars101.
