You made a comment questioning if you might be naive, which reminded me of some line from the last season of the show "Angel", that said something about heroes not accepting the world as it is but live their lives how the world should be...or something similar. (I'm a big Buffy/angel fan) I think it's great to live how the world should be and inspire others to do the same.

Jen you are so sweet , and that means so much to me that you posted up a video about this problem. I was bullied throughout almost all of my private school years . From 1st grade- beginning of 8th grade, I was bullied. I was verbally bullied by both the boys and girls in my grade and I literally had no friends . My bff wasn't talking to me for 6 months out of the entire 7th grade year , and ALMOST ALL the kids in my grade were teasing me just because I was quiet. They thought that I hated them,
which I didn't. It's just that the reason why I was quiet was because they were teasing me. It got so bad that the principal had to get involved, and i thought about running away or ....... suicide. But luckily in mid- January, early February, a new girl came to school. We instantly became best friends. She saved me from committing suicide. We would have sleepovers, go c movies, hang out at eachother's houses, talk about random things, you know,stuff that bffs would normally do. I'm so glad that
I had someone to talk too about it, and it felt good to have someone there for me other than my family.

Now , my other bff ( the one who i said ingored me for the majority of my 7th grade , and i are friends again . And my friend who saved me from suicide) , and i go to the same school so we see eachother all the time and we still talk :)
And the kids who teased me in 7th grade, well I don't see them anymore :) They used to say mean things to me like " She's so ugly." and this one kid actually told me "Hey Bethany ! Nobody likes you !" infront of his friends , and they all started laughing at me. It hurt ... so badly. Everyday, I went home and went to my room, and cried. I didn't want to come out of my room for hours. Now i Don't let anyone bother me anymore, and if they do, i stand up for myself.
I honestly don't know why people are like that, but in life there is alwayas good and bad,,like ying and yang...it sucks but somehow we all got to get through it. I'm only 18 but I know how much that hurts. however you as an actress and on regular television has to deal with it more, i'm sorry. You can pull through! Just know that you have fans on your side! That is EXACTLY how I feel. I don't get what people achieve by saying and doing mean things to people. If only everybody thought before they said and did things the world would be a much better. I know from experience how bad it feels when someone says or does something that hurts me in someway. Sometimes it just makes you what to just cry your eyes out from the hurt you feel. I just wish more people would realize how bad it makes people feel and then maybe it would happen less often.

I'm no tv actress (although I have been in plays) so I don't deal with this on as grand a scale as you probably do but I'm going through the same thing and this video reminded me that need to stay true to myself. And the kids who teased me in 7th grade, well I don't see them anymore :) They used to say mean things to me like " She's so ugly." and this one kid actually told me "Hey Bethany ! Nobody likes you !" infront of his friends , and they all started laughing at me. It hurt ... so badly. Everyday, I went home and went to my room, and cried. I didn't want to come out of my room for hours. Now i Don't let anyone bother me anymore, and if they do, i stand up for myself.

I honestly don't know why people are like that, but in life there is alwayas good and bad,,like ying and yang...it sucks but somehow we all got to get through it. I'm only 18 but I know how much that hurts. however you as an actress and on regular television has to deal with it more, i'm sorry. You can pull through! Just know that you have fans on your side!
