Timber is an idea, but if you don't need 23 acres, you should parcel your property ASAP and start selling the parcels to raise the money needed to stop the foreclosure. Stop the auction by filing a suit against the mortgage company, then file a Lis Pendance in the county land records office. Your lawyer will know what this is. If he doesn't get rid of him.
