  • I was hungry during this video, but now I'm not.

  • I just used EFT to try to get rid of my negative feelings about EFT and it didn't work.

  • I used to preform EFT, then I took an arrow in the knee.

  • Haha, another placebo effect for the ignorant masses to eat up.

  • @snaggers77 : You said it buddy. Actually you didn't say much, besides from revealing your own ignorance. The EFT points are widely accepted acupressure/acupuncture meridian points. They are rooted in 9,000 years of Chinese medicine and philosophy. But you seem pretty smart, so I could see how someone of your massive intellect could dismiss all of that with one snide, snot-nosed comment. Imagine the arrogance and stupidity you must possess to be able to do that.

  • @snaggers77 You don't seem to understand what either "placebo effect" or "ignorant" means.

  • is that chocolate on his lip?

  • i cant wait to get rid of my chocolate addiction so i can spend more time playing WoW

  • Bro just eat a piece of chocolate

  • You motherfucker you chocolate pervers sorry for any writing errors.

  • he's totally trying to keep all the chocolate for his self when he's explaning this to his wife

  • what's wrong with eating chocolate?

  • you stink

  • Thanks for explanation and tomorrow my father's gonna be rich

  • i'm gonna try this next time i'm waiting in line at the supermarket and looking at all the chocolate...wonder how many people will point and laugh...

  • Thanks for the video ! EFT is such a great technique....

  • Surprised you are using Kevin Trudeau to endorse EFT. According to Wikapedia he has a somewhat chequered history and " In 2004, he consented to a lifetime ban on promoting products other than his books via infomercials". (quote taken from Wikepedia)

  • @foggyorwot wikapedia is not a good site too look at about people because any one can change the info on their page. thats why i dont trust it.

  • chocLA

  • Thanks! I'll try.

  • This method can be effective....

  • Just throw a bucket of water on your face.

  • @LamboSpyder99 or you can also drop a bucket of bricks on your left or right foot (also works miracles on a tooth ache)

  • this is very uninformative for somebody who is unfamiliar with

    EFT

  • w w w dealwithstresslabs com has some serious info about "How to deal with stress"

  • As soon as I heard "Kevin Treadeau is a big supporter" I turned the video off. Scam artist gonna scam artist.

  • I would like to see clinical fMRI before and after to see if there were any signs of brain changes.

  • good video, the castlevania music is kinda bizarre though

  • Could you make one for changing values, and strengthening them?

I can't find ANY EFT video for this.

Say for example you have done something you know isn't right, and you want to forget about it, and leave it in the past instead of thinking about it all the time.

So it would need to address the following things: (Forgiving myself, Strengthening values, moving on, Anxiety, guilt)

    Thanks in advance!

  • @1981z28camaro brad yates has tapping for those issues

  • @SkinDeepBeautifully thanks :-)

  • I couldn't stop giggling imagining other people in the room watching you talk to yourself while tapping various parts of your body ... first they start to titter ... then they chuckle .... followed by suppressed laughter and then full blown guffaws!

  • @MsGodzookie -- in this case I must disagree. I was healed of extreme phobias through EFT which preventing me from getting back to my own home. Nothing else helped, and it's 4 years later and I'm symptom-free (cured). I still have 2 other phobias to tackle, and will most likely use EFT to tackle them.

  • It is also stimulating the central nerve / meridian (think how we rub our chin /lip/head when trying to remember something or think hard) its rooting a thought and feeling deep in the brain.

  • @themanishkumar123 there's really no cure for phobias but eft can mame it easier maybe. Its worth trying.

  • This Is Straight up NLP but concealed

  • Used it on a hangover this morning rated at an 8. Brought it down to a 2!

  • is there any scientific justification how this can reduce negative emotion ? I've nothing against this technique, just want to know more the reason behind this technique.

  • But isn't repeatingly saying the thing you don't want in your life (e.g "chocolate craving" or "job stress") a bad idea because you'll be more focused on it? Shouldn't you be saying "I'm NOT craving chocolate" or "I DON'T have stress" as you tap instead? I don't get it??

  • plzz help me i have emetophobia !!!!!!! can my phobia be cured by it if yes then how plzz help me i am only 16!!

  • love it get the sheeple to sit in their own houses slapping their faces woo hoo

  • He's very vague in his technique. I do not like this. Does anyone else have someone better that explains the DETAILS of the tapping?

  • @TheRomanianGQ Hey, I did like this video, but if you'd like something more extensive I recommend this channel: magnustapping .

he has a very good introductory video and also a few on specific problems.

also: emofree . com and eftuniverse . com (co)created by the founder of eft, gary craig

  • you should be partner.

  • It released tension and I almost fell asleep doing it... and slept well!!! 3 rounds...

  • great commitiment

  • this is awesome, you need more views?

  • this is awesome, you need more views?

  • Best vid ive seen all day!

  • good jjos i will se your others videos

  • i wish i could be this good

  • really nice

  • My favorite tapping point? The penis.

  • @roflmao113 bro it felt i was having an orgasm

  • @roflmao113 Thanks for the laugh!

  • better than anti depressants

  • This clip made me want to eat chocolate..

  • Better idea: Just sit and fucking do nothing whilst thinking about shit you actually like to do fun wise. Not in satisfying a need, but a want. So fuck you and stuff, yeah.

The reason why this shit works is because you're giving yourself time to just chill the fuck out and masturbate every part of your body besides your genitalia. Nio duh massaging yourself and calming the fuck down works. It;s nice, enjoyable, and socially acceptable..most of the time.

  • The reason you have to tap the outer part of the hand in the begining and say "Although I have this (problem), I am happy with myself" is because of something called psychological reversal. Your subconcious mind is a very literal one and it requires your words to be in sync with your goals, even if your concious mind thinks its a stupid process. Just TRY EFT, you are not paying for anything, its literally takes 2 minutes, and it has helped so many people. Just believe, it cured my anxiety.

  • I like the part where you say, "even though I have this problem, I completely accept myself." awesome.

  • Well, isn't it just taking your brain's focus on the pain or unpleasant emotional stimuli and transferring it to being tapped in random different places? It just worked for me, but I'm not sure if it's because of this energy blockage stuff. Sounds hokey. I think it's more of a psychological trick to try to get you to forget about whatever and to not feel bad about yourself or blame yourself. which is good.

  • pure bollocks...placebo effect....

  • @heavypizza : I wish I knew you. I would like to tap your brain and possibly remove major blockages.

  • Holy shit, that actually just worked...

  • 15 minutes of EFT did more for me than 2 years of therapy dealing with childhood molestation. I use it for stress & food cravings and have lost 40 pounds so far. It calms my Adult ADHD (without meds) and helps my life overall. I have taught it to kids and adults who have quit "cutting", moved past grief, stopped suicidal thoughts, get along better w/co-workers, used it for test anxiety, improved in Math, and much more. This is a FREE technique to make your life better. Learn more & try it!

  • I used EFT to lose 70 pounds, manifest $70,000 in unexpected money, sell my house myself in a down market, manifest the condo of my dreams and

    cured myself of plantar fascitis!

  • @DrVaillancourt witch points u used to lose weight?

  • @MagaVerix

I used the standard protocol and tapped on my specific issues about weight.

  • @MagaVerix I used all the points in EFT. It's more about what to tap about and that varies from person to person.

  • i'm quite into alternative medicine, so i will give this a try... what i don't get is the part about focusing on the problem. the universal law is that by focusing on a problem you attract it. i think the wording for this needs to be different, the acupressure points seem to be ok.

  • @ImUndercover2010 you are tuning into it to reverse it. it's called psychological reversal. tuning into it while tapping meridian points drain the negative energy

  • Will it work for getting people to go to jail?

  • i began practice EFT 1 year ago... and my life began change... i recommend this method.

    Wind Energy.

  • How do I do it for knot in stomach. I've been trying several techniques on the tube here. But still am struggling with depression and self pity. I know it just having a hard time altering it. Thank you for the vid

  • I´d rather do some tapping with a chocolate bar, that will make me feel better!!!

  • Unbelievable!

The "american" problem is desire for chocolate.

    WOW !

    I am impressed!!!!!

    Such a big problem!

By the way the tecnic is working on me!

Pain from 2 really big surgeries.

  • This is great! But can i use this to improve my skin or hair?

  • Nice instructional video, but the whole "chocolate craving" repitition is very distracting and a little annoying. I found it difficult to concentrate on anything other than a "chocolate craving" which I rarely suffer from anyway; so, it prevented me from really experiencing what was being taught as I tried to follow along. I stopped watching it a little more than half-way through because of this. A more generic replacement that might work better for everyone would be a term like "addiction".

  • placebo affect or not, if it helps the person improve their live then that's whats important.

  • Thank you!

  • Comment removed

  • placebo.

  • a clinical study was done by 2 universities and found that it's the placebo effect at work...

  • the issues I overcame in my own life had been carried with me for nearly 30 years. No other methods were helpful and I was skeptical about "yet another method that my wife suggested". My issues are now 100% resolved and I witnessed others who were cured of significant issues.

  • @catfanatics Thanks for your testimonial. I've done it a few times and I felt better immediately! Some deeper issues need more time, but I'm sure it will work. It's like magic! Amazing! :)

  • Hello all disbelievers. This technique has a deep-rooted foundation (combines old proven techniques). This is NOT witchcraft. It works because the body has a huge array of nerves which are attached to the various organs in your body. As you stimulate the nerve endings you de-program the organs responsible for the "negative sensations". After you've done a tapping session your mind gets re-programmed to "think correctly" to realize the situation in your mind is "positive".

  • It's just an elaborate system for distracting yourself from your issue. By the time you finish all this tapping, you no longer crave the chocolate! And the meridians don't exist - they're invisible! But everyone just swallows it anyway. Even though they can't be seen or have any evidence for existence, people totally go for this since it's "ancient" and so exotic. Tapping is all based on the non-existent meridians.

  • i tried it and i asked for positive vibes... it worked in 2mins kinda.. its more mind over matter..kinda a placebo self test

  • I agree, I'd punch Kevin Trudeau in the face if I ever see him. He convinced my parents that doctors and modern medicine is all a scam and that everything can be treated with vitamins, etc. As a result, my father died of colon cancer because he waited too long trying to treat it himself and my mother's diabetes went basically untreated for years while they tried his bogus treatments: she's now almost blind and has congestive heart failure. They were old and vulnerable and he preyed on that.

  • @bradsommers1961......your words are so ignorant, its unbelievable......im sorry to hear about your parents illnesses although there is NO WAY someone else is responsible for someone being that sick....colon cancer, heart disease, diabetes.....your family probably eats a crap load of meat, is heavy, smokes...etc....doesn't sound like they do anything healthy.....

  • Kevin Trudeau is a one of the biggest scam artists on Earth. He's also been in prison for writing hot checks. Not a good person to have on if you want to sell this thing.

  • wasnt expecting this to work for me but it actually did.

  • awesome...

  • thank you.

  • Even though I think you're a blithering idiot, I deeply and completely accept myself.

  • Everyone who knows EFT well, knows that after each session you have to drink a 250 ml glass of clean WATER. If you are already drinking about 1.5-2 ml of WATER (not soda or juice) a day, then it's fine. But what EFT does is it clears TOXINS out of your body and for it to work properly for whatever problem you are doing EFT for, you HAVE to drink water!!

  • Pathetic. EFT won't work against any sex related addiction.

  • Quantifying everything? Doesn't seem right to me at all......hell an "easy way out" doesn't seem right at all either.

  • @mobius1aic Then don't try it. Keep doing things the hard way if that is what you prefer.

  • @mobius1aic Then don't try it. Keep doing things the hard way if that is what you prefer. None of us will judge you for that.

  • this song sounds familiar.......it must be from castlevania game...

...oh n by the way, this was very useful.

  • Would it also help me emotionally to forget someone I love and who is not with me anymore?

  • @BytomGirl Maybe not foget them. EFT is not for memory loss. It may help you accept the fact that you are not with them anymore. try it and see how it makes you feel.

  • @itsafeeling Yes, I know it's not for memory loss, just to stop thinking about them, wrong word :-)

I have been doing it for a couple of months, started for phisical healing after the surgery and having pain,

'now it's time for psychological healing and forgiving myself.

  • My friends do EFT, and when their cat had some malady (I don't recall what it was, but I know the cat had some bleeding), while the cat was sitting in his "dad's" lap, the man did the EFT tapping on the cat's head for a while... The EFT worked! At some point, the cat took off like nothing was ever wrong, and it saved my friends a very hefty vet bill (not to mention how painful vet visits usually are for cats!).

  • I'll try this, though I'm not sure if my problem will go away (since it's medical). I'm down with any holistic treatments! :D

  • OMG, when u said chocolate why did I grab the cake and take a bit lmaoooooooooo. But EFT does work!!!!!!! Keep it up!!

  • Can somebody PLEASE make an EFT video to reverse psychic attacks?

  • I was introduced to EFT in !997 and have been using it professionally for over 10 years. It works. Usually in one session. I have very few repeat customers because they tell me that the issue has disappeared. More than one client has told me that one hour of EFT did more than 6 months of therapy.

For all those doubters out here, I don't give a f*ck!

Just because you are locked into outdated and erroneous thinking doesn't mean the rest of us need to be held back.

  • @martbook maybe you should tap your bad mouth??

  • @martbook thanks for the input, how well do you think it works for health conditions?

  • It's a good video, you just need better editing with the sound. I could barely hear you with the music playing while you were talking. Also it would have been good to be talking on a microphone so you could be heard more clearly.

  • @rpena728 Just a guess at your problem, but I did notice his voice seemed to be coming from my left speaker only and barely heard music in the right. Your stereo may have the speaker terminals reversed or maybe a 'mono in' and a 'stereo out' or something similar along that line. As far as a mic goes, he was wearing a small lavalier I think, as when he tapped on his chest it was as if he was practically hitting the mic head.

  • Thank you for your time and effort in making this video. Very helpful

  • What the heck is wrong with chocolate? Go ahead eat some chocolate, dude.

  • @pattyduff Exactly!! Chocolate has anti-oxidants. There is a reason why we crave it!

I think it'smore for people who can't stop eating it and binge on it excessively.

  • I would ask many western practitioners this question. If all these different natural or energetic healing methods are woo woo then how is it that the cultures that used them survived quite well using them for tens of thousands of years? I suppose you think accupuncture is woo woo? It's a standard practice in many countries throughout the world and is proven to work extremely well but doesn't make too many rich people's yacht payments. Same thing with herbs and other natural methods.

  • Tapping/eft can help people. One problem I've seen for years is that so many western medical practitioners are really very narrow minded. They are technicians and not healers. A good technician is a good thing. However, Western medicine trains people to think in a very narrow way about problems. They can re-attach a severed limb and give you antibiotics. Which they discovered by accident. They aren't much good at really curing most diseases though and are mainly driven by greed and ego.

  • how to do this? fck

  • Awesome video. Tapping is a pivotal tool in creating the life of your dreams.

Here is a film that captures this technique in a heartfelt, down to earth and passionate way. This information is essential if you want to live your best life!

    See it here.

  • Tap that Azz!

  • If it works then it's great, and it worked for me and it cost nothing. It might not work for everyone because people may at different stages and vibrations.

I also believe that we create our own reality based on our belief system.

  • Im currently looking into PSTEC because it seems more blunt and honest about it

  • I dont see why people freak out about the placebo effect. Its the basic concept behind hypnotism and If its not broken dont fix it. If someone who is addicted to crack can tap themselves to avoid it dont knock them for trying. Look at results not method. If there is clear evidence that it works for some people let it go. I respect them for putting this vid online and telling you to try it for free. The problem starts when people put out way too much money on something that doesnt work for them.

  • A note to those this is just voodoo psychology, I would like to point out that it can be an effective method in behavior modification. Cutting edge therapies are using a variety of this under other names in treatment of anxiety , depression, and post traumatic stress. It is simply a manner to moderate and control our automatic thought process, used in conjunction with other techniques it is very effective

  • Hi, im offering free EFT consultations/sessions over MSN messenger. Please send me a message to brendonml@hotmail.com if interested.

  • CHOCOLATE!! mhhhhhh! Me Likee!!

  • EFT is really an inside joke/experiment to see how many retards out there in America will really do this. Some even posts videos of themselves on youtube doing EFT for our entertainment. Tapping a syringe in your eye will make your cravings for chocolate go away as well (well at least my idea scientifically works).

  • Lol I'l just tap my problems away...

If only it were that easy ... Mmmmm I want a joint... Nah I'l tap my head. Jokers

  • From what I have seen so far it looks like a quick route to developing an obsessive compulsive disorder "OCD" by that I mean the tapping and repeating. I am curious how much do these emotional trainers charge ? And once they have you dependent on them, is there a way to free yourself from the dependency ? What is the difference between this and all of the other "Cults" like Scientology ? Seems to me they are targeting distressed people for profite and not passing on much.

  • Amazing, thanks for the tutorial.

  • MHHH maybe if I tap enough I can hit the lottery!!!

  • I use EFT on several patients in my practice and the results are fantastic!

  • I saw some chick doing this in the mall the other day. Thought she was looney tunes.....this video confirms that.

  • This WORKS! I have PTSD and medication does NOT work for me! However, EFT does, so quit knocking it people or I'll stop doing it and hunt you down!

  • @xenomicx

But you might give them PTSD

  • q for all: when your doing this tapping for a problem, do you actually have to do it whilst thinking about the problem WHILE tapping? if so then do you have to think of the problem going away?! pls someone explain thx.

  • @2010Barbon, this tapping is just a form of distraction (even though you think about your problem).

What happens is that you BUSY yourself doing these techniques, which causes you to DELAY feeding the craving. If you persist long enough the craving will pass, which is why you ask about the intensity level of the craving. Also, you may find the tapping to be relaxing or enjoyable and so you are substituting this for the craving. Anyway, you're not done until the craving is licked.

  • Think people. Dont get brainwashed by the videos like this. You are being indoctrinated. Be yourself . You dont need this instructional crap.

  • I just casually followed along with the video and by the end I noticed I was a little more relaxed.

    cool....

  • I have trigeminal neuralgia and so far have not gotten any results but since it is such a difficult thing, I will keep on doing this and hopefully get some results for it

  • Craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap. That is a fact.

  • Why is this not working?? I've done it at least 10 times and my wrist pain is not going away

  • thank you.

  • Now I how OCD!

  • How does this work? My friend sent me this video and I laughed my ass off. Looked so stupid. But I did it anyways.

It worked....but i don't believe in all this chakra stuff lol. There has to be a scientific explanation for how this works. I don't believe in hocus pocus. lol But yea...it worked. But how???

  • check the tapping solution (search google or youtube). bruce lipton he works with organisms and he was the one who proved that organisms react to their envoirment, and that was true. now he is talking about this tapping thing. its crazy. i know.

  • @Byakamura Placebo.

  • @Totaltwist wrong. it's about releasing muscle tension which is neurologically connected to your stress through muscle memory

  • @a4pr3nt1c3 Ok, stress is psycological. The tension in your muscles, no matter how well skilled it is to remember a motion, does not cause stress. Stress is psychosematic. Muscle memory is just the muscles ability to repeat a motion without much brain effort. If anything something like that would cause less stress because you dont have to think about it.

  • @Totaltwist

Placebo works for several minutes, while this technique could work for 3-4 days.

I've been practising, and I'm managing to overcome an anxiety disorder.

Psychologist/psychiatrist don't know what to do...

  • @pred222 You really think a placebo on works for minutes? Good for you that you are beting your anxiety disorder. However, I bed to argue it is not the technique you are using that is actually at work there hun. As for Psycologists and Psychiatrists, they do know what to do. They go to school for many years to pretty much just understand how the brain works and how people think. I give my hats off to them because they help my husband deal with his depression.By helping him think outside his box

  • @Totaltwist When I told that "They don't know what to do" I meant only with anxiety disorders/phobias . Every person is a world apart.

I got her, because my FAMILY DOCTOR was worried about all the medication I was taking for anxiety.

He literally told it wasn't the solution.

I told him what happened to me and then he told me he knew a woman who practises something (EFT) and cured people.

Since I tried EFT, I've been able to decrease medication.

It's only an opinion, every person is a world...

  • @pred222 Yeah, I understand everyone is different and if you think it works for you, fine. I dont want to have you (or anyone)living miserably, but I dont think its EFT and I dont think its a "cure." I think you are working hard and would dare say it has alot to do with N.L.P.(though i still have reservations about that myself though it makes a better argument). I like living in reality and I would like to give people the credit for getting over their problems rather than attribute it to woo-woo

  • Also, as far as i'm concerned, depression is a matter of brain's chemistry, so It makes sense that your husband is getting over, and I hope he gets better.

    Good luck

  • @pred222 It is brain chemistry, but I said they help. He isn't getting over it. He will never "get over it" but he is learning how to deal with what is basically his mental default setting. For those who are not depressed its easy because we can function with our default setting without help. Depressed people have the tools but dont know how to use them. Thats what they need help with.

  • @Byakamura it's not hocus pocus. saying things like that is on the same level as ICP's stupid song. chakras are related to our electromagnetic field. just as the earth has it's own magnetosphere, we project a magnetic field from our nervous system's electrical energy. the chakra points are the major intersections of the nervous system and have the most prominant magnetic fields.

  • @a4pr3nt1c3 are you a doctor?

  • @duckyjess no, i'm a former electrical major turned art/english major. who just happened to become aware of spirituality through the use of LSD.

  • @a4pr3nt1c3 I have to thank you for giving me a very good laugh man. There are no major "chakra" points on the human body where energy paths intersect prominantly. If anything these major electrical highways would all be situated in the brain mainly and down the spine. Do you even know how the body uses electricity to communicate?

  • @a4pr3nt1c3 why cant i find any scientific evidence of this?

  • You missed one thing, to do that exercise lonely in some place,, otherwise I would look insane for others.

  • @sawes rofl

  • Im in the mood for chocolate now.

  • @jashuwah wtf ur an idiot
