HD is 720p, so it's much higher quality than HQ, but it also takes a lot longer to load.

Standard quality is 320x240 pixels
High quality is 480x360 pixels
High def is 1280x720 pixels, and sound quality is improved too.
Basically, HD is about 5 times higher quality than HQ.
