I'd say that Celine lost some power in her voice from 91-1997, but that's expected when you're doing her power-ballad genre, type music. However, she also gained a lot more technique to her voice, instead of blasting a note out like she used to in her early days, she can still do that, but then she can make it soft again as the note comes to an end. Technically she's superb. Celine is just all-around amazing anyway :')

Even with these simple musical arrangements, the emotional power still comes through. 100 % Live ... Celine's talent is a treasure for the world to cherish....when you consider how many third and fifth rate " Pop singers" we have on the radio today, Celine is a standout .
