so, besides the comments I've read...ive been prescribed adderall for adult adhd type1 almost 3 years ago and take 30mg 2x/day sometimes 45mg but never over 60mg and never 60mg at one time. Dont know if it has to do w/ tolerance but I get figity, ultra-aware when driving like a ninja, chain smoke, feel like im in my own strange little world, notice even the smallest insignificant things and when it wears off Im a total bitch! Suggestions?

if you start taking it high doses and irregularly then you get to the point where taking 60mg at once just doesnt get you as "high" as you did in the past, then either you ask your doctor or wherever you get them from for a higher dosage until your used to that new dosage. I've never seen or heard of any who's been "...driving like a ninja..." ultra awarness is pretty normal but if being fidgety bugs you ask your doctor for an alternative that similar to adderal.

Ecstasy is the best pill. Adderall, or amphetamines suck ass. They give you a rush of dopamine, but no euphoria. Dopamine gives you motivation, and fools you to think what you're doing is interesting and exiting, but any euphoria? Not at all. Only a mood lift, but that you can get just by eating a cheeseburger.

If you want to use adderall, or ecstasy, for recreational purposes, ecstasy is clearly the best minus you can't use it more than once a month (to prevent depletion of serotonin in you're brain, which would cause depression ;))

Serotonin is what effects mood.

Euphoria isn't something that is created by increased dopamine levels alone. How the drug effects the consciousness has a lot to say. The euphoria you get from adderal/amphetamine is nothing more than a mood lift. Euphoria is intense feelings of happiness or/and well-being. I have never had these feelings on amphetamine. Perhaps it is possible the first time, or if you use needles. If you try the real deal, ecstasy, you'll know what I mean. You'll know why they call amphetamine a poor mans drug.

Nope, you're still wrong. Amphetamines main SoA is the dopamine transporter (DAT). Amphetamine only effects serotonin indirectly meaning it hardly touches it. It also works with Epinephrine which is adrenaline. None of those other then Dopamine induce euphoria.

I took 20mg Adderall Generic orally and I was Rolling more off of that then MDMA.

Ecstasy gave me a terrible anxiety attack, which killed the roll. MDMA is not a Euphorigenic. It's more of a Empathogenic and Entactogenic.

I'm not sure if you really understand what euphoria is. But the effects of amphetamine are not euphoria. The mood lift of amphetamine can only be described as that good feeling you get after doing something really positive, strong enough to really feel it in you chest, but it's not euphoria.

I also have personal experience, so I don't care what you say. If it didn't produce a Euphoria how come it's one of the most abused prescriptions, it's because of the recreational value (Euphoria) and the fact that it motivates you like no other.

It's me that have been mistaken about the meaning of euphoria. So yes, you are right.

I've always thought euphoria was feelings of happiness and such, those feelings that just make you want to smile. Never got those on amphetamines, in fact I become much more serious on amphetamines. So does everyone I've ever seen on amphetamine. But yes, euphoria, as in positive feelings not possible to achieve naturally, are totally possible on amphetamines.

I approached you to aggressively. TBH, I don't know why, but either way others brains do work differently, keep that in mind. A lot of people I know that I've given adderall to love it so much, but for me for whatever reason I like it more then MDMA, opiates/opiods, or cocaine.

And last but not least, I get this off of therapeutic doses. 30-40mg. I've been on it for 13months now. I take it about 2-3 times a week. Obviously it does effect me a LITTLE differently and I do seem a little more sensitive to it, but for whatever reason I love it! That is why Amphetamine is the best IMO.

But I seriously think you should give MDMA another try. Where you sure of it being pure? I've used mdma only 3 times, and those 3 times was enough to decrease my use of amphetamines from whenever I was offered to almost never (0-6 times a year). MDMA really opened my eyes to how boring amphetamines really are. How little drugged you feel, you just think you have fun because of the massive dopamine overload. I've wasted too many weekends on that drug.

True. The mistaken "euphoria" people always talk about is only due to the increased dopamine levels in the brain once adderall is taken. That is not a bad thing tho. Dopamine is a natural chemical in the brain and the more of it being produced, the better. It lifts the mood you're in and increases motivation.
