The taxi driver is an international student majoring in computer science, in 4 years he will be making 100 k/ year, the other bitch she makes less than the cabbie at the time of the video and so will she when the cabbie will be a Software Engineer. yes you can take the passenger to alaska, but only with the driver's consent. You and the passenger have to agree with a flat rate for the trip. But what your not allowed to do is to refuse the passenger if they want to go within the five borough. the driver has to take them within the five borough or else he'll get a summon
