B CAREFUL w this company they r doing the same that ATT does and did w its customers, THA FASTES, THE EXTRAORDINARY sooner or later will b THE MOST EXPENSIVE. My bill increased $50 from 1 month to another just cause the promotional time of 6 months ended. What do they answer to that? if u want to lower ur bill u have to reduce ur services and since I dont have any movie channels the options were to quit the Internet or a different channel package. They want me to work for them!

MATT SILVEY, STEVE WHITE, RALPH MARTINES, ISAIAS BALLESTEROS, i was fired from there because i was representing the union. we lost our vote by 8 votes...you are a employee at will, so vote a UNION in TECH'S....YOU can be fired or replaced by contractors at anytime..
If you have issues with dl and ul speeds, try a power cycle! Take the power coed out of the modem (and router if you have one) for 15 seconds, plug the modem in first, wait like 30 seconds and it should fix you issue. HA
