Also, as is noted there are 70+ government agencies, and more being created everyday. How is it possible for ANYONE not dedicated to the task as at least a full time job to keep up with that much data?!

Finally, seeing as how it's not really possible to keep up with all the data, how can anyone be truly 'informed'?

@electronicoffee I didn't mean to give the impression that I disagree with the premise of the FOIA. That's not the case at all, and I support it wholeheartedly.

I thought my comments were aimed more towards: the gov't being too large, therefore producing a virtual tidal wave of possible information, having the information is great and ACTION needs to be taken with it to make it useful, and questioning the decision making process of classification levels so that it is in itself accountable.
