@SuperChamona haha its definitely not on his forearms. no human could do that. it rests on your deltoids with your arms crossed over the top of it to steady it. you're not supposed to have it on your neck? and after awhile you get "the shelf" on you traps. can't even feel it after awhile on you back

when you squat how tight should your belt be? I normally put it on pretty tight and it gives me great stability, but it kind of constricts my breathing a little bit. Not sure what to do
Alright fucker, I recently hit 405x4 front squats, but guess what? I can also run 3 miles without stopping. So no, just because someone can do one thing really well doesn't mean they can't do anything else well.
I'm not trying to brag...but I wouldn't say I'm RIDICULOUSLY behind his physique. Currently I train for powerlifting purposes, weighing around 200-202 lbs currently. It's built me a helluva physique so far though, if I do say so myself.
@VitaminJ Lol actually....I disagree with you there. I'm no pro BBer YET, but I definitely look more than half as good as him. Not trying to take away from Layne, he is a beast, and I look up to him.
Agreed - it has more functional carry over than the back squat (in that it really helps with overhead presses), places less strain on the lower back and hits the abs and obliques super hard.
Sure you cant go as heavy as the back squat, but as it yields similar, maybe even better results why would you even want to?

This looks more comfortable and easier on your neck compared to regular ones, but it looks easy to mess up and drop the bar.

Are you kidding me?? Front leg squat is like the best leg exercise there is. Basic squats are good as well, you cant go wrong without them.
