i just got my Appendix taken out on the 1st my only problem i have been having is blurred vision on and off but i have been off Morphine for a few days now?

please help me.. the doctors did blood work on me and said i was fine. but i wake up at night crying. it hurts a lot. but the pain comes and goes.... i can barely eat im not as hungry as i usually am... i have problems going to the bathroom.. i feel like im going to puke but i havent.. my mom gives my ibprofin tht helps for like 30 min.. and as im typing right now it HURTS! pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help me

i had this done about two weeks ago and i was out of the hospital the very next day, i also just got the bandages off and the incisions are so small. its really amazing how they do surgery now. its also pretty crazy to think this is what i look like on the inside

I had my appendix removed 4 days ago laporascopic, and it still hurts a bit. I had a drain (that ugly plastic bag )for 1 day, but why? Can you tell me? My appendix was stick to the ovary.

I just had my appendix removed but It was with open surgery, not laparoscopic. It wasnt all that bad but the itching is driving me to the brink of insanity!!! I get the staples out in about 5 days

Just one. I am liberal with the use of JPs. It was a plegmon it looked clean and didn't left a drain. A week later a 6 cm abscess developed. It was solved laparoscopically.

My aunt had appendicitis few years back, and the doctors mistook it for an ovary inflammation, so she spent a week on a OBGYN wing, and when they realized that the medications don't work, they opened her and found out that her appendix has bursted! Lucky she didn't die of septic shock.

Thanks. laparoscopy has the possibility to decrease the amount of misdiagnosis. Now it is a great procedure with low risk.

I had this done 2 weeks ago..and my operation took 3 hours.. they had to make 1 large incision and 3 smaller holes because the appendix had burst and I almost died..SCARY! IM feeling GREAT now!

yeah they told me and my aunt my mothers operation was only going to take 30 min i told my aunt whne they took longer and she started getting up set and i told her no surger procedure takes 30 mins its all ways an hour to 3 hours

my operation lasted for 45 minutes.
