Hello!! Some questions: Is the Eventide delay the last effect in the M4L signal chain? The Boogie amp has a parallel loop or a serial one?
I have almost the same setup as you but I'm having a problem with the M4L. I only have 2 pedals connected. Loop3 is the corona chorus , and loop 4 is the eventide delay. The problem is that when I have both loops active, the "chorus" sound goes only through the delay signal.
When the loop4 (delay) is off then I hear the chorus normaly as it should. Any help?
Hi, I just bought a used flight case off EBay that fitted the unit and the two pedals. I think it was made by a company called Spider Cases. Cheers for checking out the video and for your kind words. All the best, Pete
I've actually changed things around a bit since I first posted this video and unfortunately I've now no way of telling exactly how much it weighed. It was a little heavy, but not so that you couldn't gig with it etc. Sorry I can't be more specific as I just don't have the exact details now. Cheers, Pete
So is the volume pedal just put through one of the loops of the m4l with the loop permanently 'on'? And what do you think of the gigrig power supply? It seems like it would (collectively) take up a lot of space and be hard to keep tidy.
Hi, Yes, that's right - the loop in the M4L is kept on all the time with the volume pedal inserted in the loop. Works great too. The GigRig is a fabulous power supply and the best I've ever used. I haven't had any issues with space or keeping things tidy at all, just had to pre-plan where everything was going first, but after it was all fitted together is was just great.
Hi Pete. I'm really interested in getting the GSC-3 but I've got a question. If I hook up 6 pedals to the GSC-3, can I assign some to go through the fx loop of my amp and some to go in the front or do I need that M4L unit?
@GuitarFitz1 - Hi there...I think that you'd have to use the M4L unit for the fx loop as that's what I did. It worked great too!...hope this helps. Cheers, Pete
One question about the G-Lab GSC-3: Is there any silent gaps between switches? I've found using G-Lab Midix2 units that there is a small "no-volume" -gap when switching via MIDI, kind of like a short silent pause. It's driving me nuts, and I was thinking if the GSC suffers from the same problem...?
Hi Pete, how do you like your Eventide Timefactor? Are you able to dial in EXACT delay times. I have issues dialing in 400ms delays. It will go from 390ms to 406ms. What are your favorite settings on the Eventide? Your help is greatly appreciated. Love your videos man. Peace, -G.
Hi Gottfried...Thanks for the post. I really like the Eventide as a unit...and it seems very versatile. I'll investigate the exact delay time issue as I haven't actually been that specific as yet. I really like the tape and ducked delay settings as they seem very transparent and full sounding. Thanks so much for your kind words too man...really appreciate it!...Cheers, Pete

Great tones you are getting there.
