Ford is on a roll, and they deserve tons of credit for this car and the Focus. I had 2 different Escorts in the past 15 years, and they were great cars. I currently drive a Pontiac which is also good, but I think my next car will be either this Fiesta or the 2012 all new Ford Focus.

Don't buy them. Ford has no service, customer support. Repairs, even with warranty, pay out of pocket. Dealers/customer service will lie straight. Ford outsources their "customer service" to non-union state, Florida. Fairway Ford "missed" that my shock were shot when the car was on full warranty, it destroyed 2 sets of tires and alignment on the truck, Carlos informed me that he "will do nothing, because he does not want to.Hours on the phone and eat the cost, stupid since you bought our truck!
Why again? Ford dealers around here are great I get warranties and great service .... Never had a problem with my Fords or Mercs.. But did have a leaky wallet to my old toyotas and hondas never brought a nissan.

I'm a Ford fan but imo the Fiesta is too swoopy/organic. I prefer the clean classy lines on the Fusion, Edge, Flex, etc.
