Every now and then I screed concrete floors,Once every six months or so,I usually start with a pot belly,in just over a week its completely gone,its got to be the best excrcise,you are always under pressure to finish before the concrete sets
running...... running and more running... when i had my 'best' six pack i only did 3 sets of as many sit ups and i could in a minute 3 sets of as many push ups in a minute and ran 2-3 miles or interval running 4 times a week and it amazed me how good they looked... now however im back lifting weights drinking loads of beer and my abs are lacking again :/

And of course i train harder but im athletic and not everyone is. You cant make people do complex programmes which they cant complete. Through fitness i put on nearly 60lbs over a year. Fitness is life or death for me. I had a personal trainer who taught me everything over a year. I had 4 protein shakes a day too get my size up. Trust me being skinny isnt easy either :/

I can do 10xs more crunches than he can, easily. The video is right about that; crunches DO NOT get you those six pack abs. They DO harden your stomach like a champ, and assist in overall weight loss once the muscles develop. I wondered the some thing when I started. Its because you still have a fuck load of fat around your middle section you still need to lose. Cardio is the answer, exercise to burn the fat off.

if u want real muscles i say go lift weights, run alot and eat salad/soup/ and instead of normal cola etc, drink diet (that made me lose about 5kg already! :D)
but u really have to keep goin dont tink like 'LOL im bored, gonna work out for 10 mins' u really have to do it every day for at least 2 hours =)

try Metabolism. if u look up a bunch of stuff on that you should be able to find answers to all ur questions. trust me i used to wonder about that to because i have a friend who ways a 120 pounds but eats the most unhealthy food and isnt very active and he is very skinny. it all has to do with how your Metabolism burns off your calories.

I can do 10xs more crunches than he can, easily. The video is right about that; crunches DO NOT get you those six pack abs. They DO harden your stomach like a champ, and assist in overall weight loss once the muscles develop. It's either great diet + Cardio, or great diet + weight training. ...but alas, knowing is half the battle; isn't it.
