  • Every now and then I screed concrete floors,Once every six months or so,I usually start with a pot belly,in just over a week its completely gone,its got to be the best excrcise,you are always under pressure to finish before the concrete sets

  • running...... running and more running... when i had my 'best' six pack i only did 3 sets of as many sit ups and i could in a minute 3 sets of as many push ups in a minute and ran 2-3 miles or interval running 4 times a week and it amazed me how good they looked... now however im back lifting weights drinking loads of beer and my abs are lacking again :/

    My achievements are in no way relivant however I am an excellent musician/singer,i have supported myself playing poker for the last 5 years while putting myself through college and my current masters.

  • @Strange0ne Yes its simple im not going to write a essay as a comment. But if you want to get a six/eight pack if you do what i say religiously for say 4 months you would have a six pack. And of course i train harder but im athletic and not everyone is. You cant make people do complex programmes which they cant complete. That just lowers self esteem, therefore making you feel worse about yourself.

  • @themikkkkke Grand don't be blazze about your response it isn't going to get you the results peoplewant. You need to do whole body training to get a six/eight pack (which you do and that is why you have one) Training all the major muscle groups is more important then training your abs exclusively. Your advice is miss information end of story. It will start people off on their journey towards that goal but only absolute ectomorphs/ muscular guys with low body fat % anyway will see results if any

  • @themikkkkke Ah jesus kid i thought i was talking to an adult.Your metabolism is through the roof at your age especially if your active like you are.Good for you that you have a low body fat percentage but you have no idea how to get a sixpack if you are starting from an overweight position as an adult because you have never struggled with a serious weight problem before as an adult.Even if you were over weight it is much more easily corrected when your a kid becuase your still growing so much.

  • @Strange0ne Trust me i know how hard it is. I need to stay fit too stay alive. I may not have been overweight but i was well under. Last october i was diagnosed with diabetes. I weighed about 58lbs. Through fitness i put on nearly 60lbs over a year. Fitness is life or death for me. I had a personal trainer who taught me everything over a year. I had 4 protein shakes a day too get my size up. Trust me being skinny isnt easy either :/

  • hmmm...everyone has abs actually...if u work out ur abs..its going to me like other muscles it will peak out...but its a waste of time doing those piece of shit workouts for abs..wat u need is to take out those fats and eat well...cardio and eating thats wat u need to get those abs

  • what the hell, 6 mounth. if it takes you 6 months to get abs then you might need to stop doing abs are kill your self because it dont take no 6 months to get abs it sould take about 2 to 3 months to get abs with a good diet and very good cardio

DON'T eat pastries, cakes, biscuits, chocolate, and too much bread, use low fat spread or none at all. regular exercise, salads, drink plenty of water. if you feel hungry at night, drink water cos it supresses the hunger! THATS ALL FOLKS!

    I can do 10xs more crunches than he can, easily. The video is right about that; crunches DO NOT get you those six pack abs. They DO harden your stomach like a champ, and assist in overall weight loss once the muscles develop. It's either great diet + Cardio, or great diet + weight training. ...but alas, knowing is half the battle; isn't it.
