last minute RAW DRESSING with surprise addition

hi Dara , i bought a glass mixing bowl, as i believe that my plastic one, when used with lemon juice, pepper and strong spices, let off some form of chemical. I am positive it was not physiological, it was a very mild toxic effect. But then I switched to glass, and i was o.k. : ) . I know there are many types of plastic, hopefully yours is different to mine. I know you mainly use your wooden bowl : ) but I just thought i'd mention;

I bought one at Walmart that leaked like crazy and I returned it - now the only ones I can find are tiny or huge. @StormyND My dad's favorite vegi was a big plate of "Swiss Chard." He grew it in the garden and pronounced it like you described. Old habits die hard. I say "shard" to describe a piece of broken glass. Who really knows? All I can say is yum..That salad and dressing looks soooo good. Luv me a big salad.
