The good old days. Too bad i didn't make it to any shows till 04. Hopefully treys solo tour right now doesn't mean they burnt out again from touring so hard this year, it was still awesome though. I feel we have another good year ahead.
Most rock bands through the years became popular on the so-called College circuit. Phish broke loose around 1994 and then became a Phish phenomenon. Nothing wrong with being hip on the college circuit. Actually, most rock bands strive for it. It is just a phrase man.
you sound like the only douche here, he said he enjoyed the concert that he attended. And by the way, there's no other definition of a "college band" that went anywhere than Phish. If thats hurting your butt so much, I'm not sorry to hear that; because it's very amusing.
agreed. Alot of people think Phish wrote this, but little feat was rocking it in the 60s. Although I think Phish does it the best, because they are the best
Its interesting to hear the crowds response to what was a brand new song then, compared to the reaction to a new song nowadays....

Was at this show, was awesome. This was when Phish was a college band that made it big - before they became the full blown Phish phenom.

Phish's Sample In A Jar is a Rock & Roll classic from Hoist. On Kickin It In The Barn, Little Feat does a nice cover version
