He was incredibly proud of his kids, but he needed to protect their identity. So when they went out without MJ and without the masks, no one woul hurt them, or harass them, or follow them and take pictures. THINK about it. If you were MICHAEL JACKSON, the most famous human being ever, wouln't you do the same for your kids?!

Michael looks so well here - healthy, a dancer's body. Those bodyguards around him were trying to write a book entitled "In Defence of the King", after MJ's death. I wonder if it ever came out. They were interviewed about it and were adament that the public know the real MJ that they knew, and how kind he was, and absolutely terrific to work for, and a wonderful father.

Whenever he went outside ANY PLACE there were cameras everywhere, because they knew who he was, they recognized him. He didn't want the same thing to happen to his children. He wanted his children to be able to go to school or to the store in peace without people bothering them. Ofcourse now everyone knows what they look like and the media is going to be all over them.

Michael let go for a second and Paris reacted immediatley and began scrambling for his hand. xD It's so cute. yea she's his only daughter and she wears a mask because when paris and prince were really little their mom used to get threats saying that people were gonna take her kids, so whenever they're in public with michael they wear masks so that the public won't be able to tell them from any other kid. it might seem weird but it actually makes a lot of sense
