Secondly: No. It's not a P-server.

It's clearly edited. Its not that hard to edit suprisingly. Just use MS paint's Drag and drop feature with a clear BG.

I saw some1 wrote he/she could vac NPCs, and if you guys say you can't vac them cos there like NPCs your kinda stupid... I've vaced NPCs in private servers and it doesn't matter if it's a private server cos it's the same thing. its the maple story zoo it really does have pigs, barlog, and yetis but the reason he noted it as a glitch is because they were all spaced together

Originaly there's suppose to be 3 sections for each type of monster and since the monster are pretty much part of the back-ground (proven because you don't take dmg) vac hack might work but i wouldn't think the youtube user would go all the way for just that little glitch

This is a vac hack, but just because it is, doesn't mean you were the one who did the hack. The monsters stay that way after the hacker leaves. There! It is possible to hack and change the locations of NPCs. And they're not NPC's, they're monsters, cause if they was NPC's, they'd be flashing Green on the Map.
