they need to make PC platforms, we all know majority of the games out there are best played with a mouse and keyboard plus the fact the PC is by far more superior in everything especially graphics... but the developers/publishers worry about piracy so i kinda understand them... but they should at least upgrade Xbox and PS we need new ones with higher specs plus they should put mouse and keyboard feature this time if they won't consider making PC games anymore.

Not officially, no. Rockstar usually don't show much of their games until they are nearly finished. And since they are working on L.A. Noire, Max Payne 3 and (possibly) GTA V, they just probably have to concentrate on those ones, since at least the first two are supposed to release this year. We might hear something about Agent in this years E3, but Im pretty sure it's not canned. They will show it when it's ready.

And to the people asking about MGS Rising? It's multiplatform!
