yeaah '' ther pricey but what a difference ! i paid 60 pounds for my 1.10 rc car to be changed over and that was just for the bearings themselves , but now its a misile.
For performance and ease electric is better. The worlds fastest RC car is electric. Gas and Nitros are still in use for the cool factor, but they are a pain in the ass to get going sometimes.
@forrest225 I do agree that electric tech has gone far up in the last few years but there are a lot of people that dont know what they do with nitros. I drift my nitro RS4-2 and can start it on the first pull even with the engine cold. Yes its not the fastest thing out there but it works. I have a onboard vid of it in my channel.
I own a pair and they spin for only 6 seconds with plenty of lube do not be fooled by this vid AVID by Reflex Racing are better I own a pair and they spin way longer!
I get 10-15 off of PN MR shielded bearings and extra 10 seconds dont justify +$30 to me. I read that Reflexracing's out-perform any ceramics, so I'd love to get some of those to see first hand.
try bone swiss they go like 4 min

Lube slows bearings down. Its best to run them completely dry. You can use mineral oil to clean them.

I lol at the noob who thumbs downed my comment. Lube really does slow bearings down.

Awsome it is 2WD ?!
Looks like a well engineered front axis.

Yes indeed, the Mini-Z F1 is very scale and very precise. IMHO it is the most well engineered micro RC car out there. - Rob

They are lubricated from the factory, as are most all bearings. Except of course "Dry" bearings. - Rob

Are ceramic bearings running without any lubrication? Or why do they spin that long?
Bandicoot803 2 years ago
I bought my Ceramics from Atomicmods and they spin just as long as these.
SkinnyJewBoy 2 years ago
Bearings need to cleaned now and then. Denatured alcohol and a good soaking will do them some good.

my friend has ceramics and they dont spin nearly that long...
