  • I have a 1991 Elite Budyonny stallion at stud. He is the spitting image, in looks and movement, of Rhythmical. Amazing breed!

  • that budweiser jump is so fucking sweet!!! omg i want it!

  • I have his full blooded brother. They look exactly alike. And is scopey like him too:)

  • How high does he show? Is he relatively small too?

  • with me he shows 3'-3'3" childrens.

But i know his previous history is grand prix jumpers when he was under the age of 10, and after that he did 3'6" adult stuff.

And he is 16.3. I'm not sure the size of rythmical though.

  • i loved it . awesome jumper - he floats so easily. nice job!!! i love that seaworld jump!!!! lol

  • In norway it itsnt allowed to advertise for beer, so i was shocked over the "beer jump" !

  • Here, Budweiser is the primary sponsor of our East Coast grand prix circuit!

  • :) maybe its weird, but it isnt allowed to advertise for something with alcohol !

  • Rhy!! I learned to ride at Nona's The Ridge and i loved Rhythmatical, and I didn't even know who he was haha! Go nona, go!

  • ive done a clinic with her before! shes an amzing rider!

  • argh!!! please do post! all of those horses are amazing. it was wonderful to watch. i will keep checking and hoping to see more posts. thank you again.

  • Next equestrian vid I do will probably be either another Thrills&Spills (this time, showjumping) or a tribute to Twist du Valon.

  • immortal, thank you for adding an exciting nona garson video. so happy to see her on you tube. this was such an exciting trip. would love to see more. thank you!

  • Welcome.

    ...though, more of ~what~ exactly?

  • more nona garson:)

  • Ah, I see.

Have tons of vids of her with Rhythmical, as well as Derek, Edward Himself, and Capital S.... well, them, and just about every other famous rider/horse from the '90s, hehehe ;)

Probably post more in due time.

  • oh wow. GORGEOUS horse. Thank you for posting!

  • Welcome.

Isn't he though?! Small, but otherwise nigh-perfect conformation.

  • Awesome horse! Thanks so much for putting up all these old show videos-us young'uns never got the chance to see some of the legends.

  • No problem... much more to come! :)

  • I know I could use 150 washing machines!!!!!!! haha

    Sweet horse!

  • who would want 150 washing machines!?

    lol

  • Dunno.

He was foaled in '85, back when the Soviet Union was still around... so if that transaction had taken place then, then I can easily see it as some manner of governmental barter or the like.

    Who knows.

  • @ImmortalSynn do you know who his dam is? (Sire: Reis with Rubilnik bldlns)

  • If I remember correctly, his dam was Chudodeyka.

  • @ImmortalSynn I looked her up in allbreedspedigree and she didn't appear. Do you happen to remember her sire/dam as well (that's stretching it a bit, I know - I'm amazed you could remember her name off the top of your head....

  • Actually, now I'm 99.9% sure she's the one, as I just Googled the words "Rhythmical Rejs Chudodeyka" together, and they came up as a breed profile for him... so I'm confident that with a little effort, you should be able to find out more about her. Lemme know :)
