Schubert wrote this song exactly as you are hearing it in this video, voice included. The song you mentioned just uses an arranged version of this melody, it is not the same song.

In this song a young Scottish lady Ellen Douglas who is hiding in a cave with her father from his enemy is praying for their safety.
