They never played this in standard tuning it's just that the audio has been sped up for some reason, probably due to it being a bootleg. If you use an audio editor you can slow it back to its original speed so it's sounds correct. :o)

Thats what I thought too at first, but when Axl says "locomotive" at the beginning its sounds normal to me and when I play along in standard tuning its perfectly in tune. I cant think of anything else that they played in standard tuning though. I just know that I wish I had been there to see it live.

@Burdus hey don't be a dumb ass....they played it live...songs are usually a bit faster or slower live. Rarely are songs play at the very same exact tempo as the recording. This is the way it was recorded and as fast as they actually played it.
