  • Beautiful

  • Too fast, too fast, too fast...

And the best player of Scarlatti is Chiara Massini, in harpsichord. Have a look...

  • @ruidemoraisbarbosa L'indicazione sulla partitura è "PRESTO" !!!!!!!! Ascolta anche Scott Ross, per favore !!!!!! E' importante il senso della linea stilistica, nella esecuzione dell'opera !!!!

  • @darkblueangel1956 In Scarlatti times, composers almost never gave any instrution about speed. So, the "presto" you see may be a later one, but not written by Scarlatti himself. Sometimes, in order to gain in brilliance, many musicians play fast. But baroque composers were men, with all the feelings of the human beings: love, sorry... and we all must understand and "feel" what they are telling us with their compositions... Sorry for my uggly English...

  • @ruidemoraisbarbosa No, my dear friend, I disagree. My speech is broader and more complex, but no matter. Thanks, however, for your attention.

  • This is way too fast. Check out Pogorelichs playing instead (L366 = K1).

  • yeah she haz the skilzz

  • This is the best version of this Sonata that I have ever heard without the shadow of a doubt! Clara Haskil is the best player of Scarlatti.

  • Great

  • bravo, questa k1 proprio mi mancava suonata dalla haskil. tres biel!
