The truth is very simple. Without a war the military spending would be limited. The building crashing to the ground was terrible but, Without that attack that day the government would not have been able to execute such an accelerated defensive against an "UNKNOWN" attacker. The truth is very simple. Without a war the military spending would be limited. The building crashing to the ground was terrible but, Without that attack that day the government would not have been able to execute such an accelerated defensive against an "UNKNOWN" attacker.
