salaam all, one good way to memorise something and keep it in your brain, and to repeat it over and over again and then from memory WRITE it down, inshallah this method will help you keep whatever it is your memorising in your brain.

Staying away from sins, reading and memorizing the Holy Quran, doing some body excersise, sleeping at least 8 hours, having positive thinking, being humorous, eating halal food and worshiping Allah(swt) helps to strength one's memory. I enjoy Kamal's speaches. Alhamdulillah!

This is indeed a fine video posted, one thing the speaker forgot to mention is i believe using a MISWAK, that also strenghtens memory, I am not sure which hadith that is from, but may Allah give us his blessings and lead us to the right path.

LOL When I have exams and I'm a bit stressed out, I turn to lectures. It calms me down and it's more beneficial because you get to learn about your deen. This is preparing us for a better and ever lasting exam (Yaum al Qiyamah). Then later I'm more ready for my other study. But insha Allah, the best is reading the Qur'an when stressed. Of course and other days too:)
